Dr. Lauren Hargrave is an Alignment & Impact Consultant, strategist, and founder of GRACE Consulting, LLC. With more than a decade of experience across education, nonprofit, government-funded, public health, workforce development, and private-sector initiatives, she helps organizations strengthen the connection between what they intend to accomplish and how they operate to achieve it.
Her work brings together strategy, systems, evaluation, and organizational optimization to help leaders identify gaps, strengthen alignment, and build the structures needed for meaningful,
